Let's be friends

I had a lot of fun with Tim + Brittany and their adorable fur baby!! I LOVE when couples bring their dogs to shoots, especially when they are so damn cute!! Maybe he can walk you down the aisle Brittany?!

We could not have asked for a better fall day to capture Jake + Betty-Lynn and the location that they chose was stunning!! Jake was in a wedding that I photographed earlier this summer so it was awesome to be able to meet his other half Betty-Lynn! I hope that I was able to make […]

Brady + Kelsey decided to do a sunrise engagement session, however the sun didn’t show up until after we were finished so luckily the location was gorgeous overcast or not! Brady + Kelsey met while in university studying to become pharmacists. Kelsey was paired with Brady as his “big sister”, as he was in the […]

It is with GREAT excitement that I get to share these photos of my best friend and her soon to be hubby!! Mary-Beth and I have been friends since grade 3 and it is a miracle that she stood by me all of these years because to be honest, I was a bit of an […]

Let's be friends

Dennis + Amy were home for a visit from British Columbia where they live and work. Their fur baby Charlie came with them for the photo session on what was the perfect fall day!   I can’t wait until your wedding next summer in Rustico!! It is going to be so much fun with you […]

Callen, Katie and I have many mutual friends which I think made their engagement session more relaxed for them. I love when I arrive for an engagement shoot and the couple tells me that they are a bit nervous because they have never had their photos taken before and then when I go to leave, […]

MEET NICOLE

Hey Everyone!! I'm Nicole, the editor and photographer of this blog. I work as a full-time Radiation Therapist helping those with cancer get through their radiation treatments. Five years ago, I decided to start my own photography business and I am so excited to say that it is thriving. Typically, I stick to photographing weddings which I find is such a great outlet from my other full-time job.

The reason that I have decided to start this blog, is primarily to keep myself busy while I am on maternity leave with my first child. Let's be honest, I am going to be plenty busy for the first few months but I hope to be able to juggle both. I love being able to share my life experiences with others who can either laugh or find what I have to say helpful.

Please feel free to email me if there is anything that you would like me to cover on the blog!
