If you’ve always pictured your big moment outdoors, Clinton Hills has you covered. Their outdoor ceremony space is absolutely stunning. The aisle begins by entering through rustic doors. They have a permanent wooden archway that you can leave plain or decorate with flowers that match your wedding theme.

You might be worried about what Hurricane Fiona did to the space with it’s insane gusts of wind, but I can tell you, it surprisingly has no damage and the tall trees surrounding the space are still as gorgeous as ever.

Reception Space

The reception spaces at Clinton Hills can accommodate both intimate gatherings and grand celebrations. You barely need any decorations because it’s charming enough with the warm wood throughout.

There is a bridal suite located on site for the ladies to get ready which come equipped with 2 bathrooms.

Parker + Courtney’s Clinton Hills Wedding

I cannot say enough good things about this wedding celebration. It was very fitting for the couple to choose Clinton Hills as their PEI wedding venue because Parker grew up in the area. It was an easy sell to Courtney because of the beauty PEI provides.

The guys got ready at the stunning cottage in Kensington while the girls were preparing in the bridal suite at Clinton Hills.

Parker and Courtney decided to do a first look which is always my favourite! They wrote their own vows and vowed to each other in private. Alone together (minus me creeping in the background), they were able to have a few minutes just the two of them to take in the day.

We took most photos prior to the 4pm ceremony. Immediately after the ceremony, guests went back down the hill to the event grounds for a cocktail hour. During this time, a cellist played music, guests mingled and played yard games while they waited for dinnertime.

Parker and Courtney took this time to thank their guests for joining them on their day so that when it was time to hit the dance floor, they didn’t have to make their rounds.

I want to thank everyone for being so kind to both Jane and I all day. I love when I leave a wedding and don’t feel like I worked a minute of the day. It felt more like I was hanging out with friends all day, documenting the day.
