Treetop Haven is located in the beautiful wedding destination location of Prince Edward Island and it is an all season wellness destination featuring five TreePods and “The Nest” venue centre. This location is perfect for weddings, meetings, family reunions,, etc, so If you’re looking for a backyard feel woodsy wedding, then this is your place!!
Multiple wedding vendors from across the Island worked together and created a gorgeous wedding setting. Kristina from Elysian Weddings (formerly KLF) coordinated the shoot. She spent hours organizing all of the fine details of this event and then went beyond what I could imagine.
The first dress that the bride wore the Caprice wedding dress by designer Maggie Sottero which was provided by the Perfect Pear Bridal. The bodice of this Gossamer chiffon sheath is trimmed with illusion details along the scoop neckline and low back and also embellished with beaded lace appliqués, delicate pearls, and Swarovski crystals.
The second dress that Elisa is wearing is a stunning custom made gold glitter gown by The Perfect Pear Bridal
The very talented K. Macarons & Pastries designed the beautiful cake, and executed it perfectly.
Tara Taylor of Taylored Beauty focused on the bride’s stunning brown eyes to create this romantic look. Tara used earthy bronze tones, and gorgeous full lashes to make the bride’s eyes pop. She then opted for a warm blush of deep peach to play up her cheekbones and finished with a rose plum lip creating a classic beauty.
The decor was provided by Once Upon a Wedding. The combination of the gold charger plates and candle holders, along with the greenery, made for the perfect romantic ambiance.
Our good friends at The PEI Brewing Company gave us these beautiful Chiavari chairs.
The Perfect Pear Bridal Boutique graciously provided the headpiece which was a soft vintage inspired wire flower and vine hair crown is a lovely finishing touch for the boho chic bride.
Denise from Hair by D decided on a simple, classic look that paired well with the bride’s whimsical, boho dress. Denise followed her dream and passion for hair styling, recently starting her own business which she operates out of Mocha Hair!
Bright Spot Papier designed both the watercolor and pointed pen calligraphy menu and place cards, on handmade cotton paper.
Moore’s Clothing tailored this sleek and modern suit, and it fit the groom perfectly, and also provided him with stylish shoes to complete the look.
Sakurah’s Flower Studio created the floral designs. By using purple lisianthus, matthiola, lavender, muscari, and miniature roses, Sakura’s Flower Studio created the perfect fresh Spring arrangements to compliment the romantic feel of the decor with a subtle hint of colour.
The Bride & Groom you ask?? No, they are not models. I work with the “Bride” Elisa at the Cancer Treatment Centre, working as Radiation Therapists. These two are a real couple who have been together for ten years!! They are blessed with two of the most gorgeous little girls but honestly, there is no other way these girls could have turned out having parents like these! I was so grateful that they took the time out of their Sunday to help make my vision come true!!
We finished the day off up on the deck of one of the TreePods! Because the evening was chilly, we wish we had the time to jump in the hot tub that each TreePod is equipped with!
Thank you all SO much for helping me make this happen. I had SO much fun and really hope to do it again sometime soon 🙂
