Let's be friends

Stephen and Amber met in high school. While I am biased because Stephen is my cousin, they really are the sweetest couple!! I took photos for them at their prom so when someone says high school sweethearts, well this is the definition! They have the sweetest little boy named Henry who tried his best to […]

Jimmie + Emily met while she was Jimmie’s boss at a local restaurant and it’s been that way ever since haha!! He is absolutely smitten by her and loves the everyday chase trying to get her to laugh at his shenanigans. They have a beautiful baby boy who is four months old and it adored […]

Let's be friends

The rain and wind were forceful during all the right times AKA when we didn’t have to be outside 🙂 Ryan + Jenna were troopers and had such an amazing day! There are so many reasons why I love shooting weddings and one of them is getting to learn about the couple. During the speeches, […]

Let me take you all back to when Maria was in grade 9 and locked eyes with JD. She spent her entire year trying to figure out how to get his attention. He spent most of his free time playing sports or running around with the Evans-Renaud clan so she had to be strategic at […]

Let's be friends

I think one of the things that I love most about photographing weddings is getting to know the couple. I have clearly been to my fair share of weddings and Colin and Sylvie’s was yes, very hot with a humidity of 40+ degrees but it honestly didn’t matter. When their friends and family got up […]

Carson and Megan met while attending agriculture college through the University of Dalhousie. They now live and work in western Prince Edward Island so they decided to have their wedding in Charlottetown. Megan’s friends and family would be travelling from Nova Scotia, so unfortunately their wedding planning journey was a stressful one. With the uncertainty […]

Let's be friends

Adam + Jess were engaged back in 2019 at the same location as their first date, the St. Eleanor’s Dairy Bar. They had plans to have a large Island wedding including all of their friends and family during the summer of 2020 but the world had other plans which forced them to change theirs…a few […]

MEET NICOLE

Hey Everyone!! I'm Nicole, the editor and photographer of this blog. I work as a full-time Radiation Therapist helping those with cancer get through their radiation treatments. Five years ago, I decided to start my own photography business and I am so excited to say that it is thriving. Typically, I stick to photographing weddings which I find is such a great outlet from my other full-time job.

The reason that I have decided to start this blog, is primarily to keep myself busy while I am on maternity leave with my first child. Let's be honest, I am going to be plenty busy for the first few months but I hope to be able to juggle both. I love being able to share my life experiences with others who can either laugh or find what I have to say helpful.

Please feel free to email me if there is anything that you would like me to cover on the blog!
