Let's be friends

I absolutely love when couples choose to have a destination wedding in PEI. For James and Beth, the decision to get married on PEI started out as a joke when they found out that their best friends were getting married in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. They joked that they should get married the week beforehand on […]

Let's be friends

When booking wedding clients, I often get asked about a second shooter. I thought I should explain what the difference between a second shooter and an assistant in photography really is. I’m sure each wedding photographer has their own preferences and roles of an assistant, but I’ll go over mine. Assistant For me, a wedding […]

Oooo she was a hot one last Friday but you know what? It didn’t seem to bother anyone! Kellie and Tyler had an intimate PEI outdoor wedding with their closest friends and family, at the home of Kellie’s sister and brother-in-law. It was gorgeous!! There were many jokes made throughout the day about how long […]

Jean-Marc and Morgan decided to have their PEI Wedding at The Rodd Crowbush Golf & Country Club because it was the closest venue to where they met, high school. Let's be friends

As a PEI Wedding Photographer, I have the pleasure of meeting so many great people, those that live here on PEI and those that want a destination wedding in PEI. MEET NICOLE

Hey Everyone!! I'm Nicole, the editor and photographer of this blog. I work as a full-time Radiation Therapist helping those with cancer get through their radiation treatments. Five years ago, I decided to start my own photography business and I am so excited to say that it is thriving. Typically, I stick to photographing weddings which I find is such a great outlet from my other full-time job.

The reason that I have decided to start this blog, is primarily to keep myself busy while I am on maternity leave with my first child. Let's be honest, I am going to be plenty busy for the first few months but I hope to be able to juggle both. I love being able to share my life experiences with others who can either laugh or find what I have to say helpful.

Please feel free to email me if there is anything that you would like me to cover on the blog!
