PEI Country Wedding | Brent + Ashley

Brent and Ashley have been dating for 8 years. They have surrounded themselves with such an amazing group of people, from childhood friends, school friends and family. It was an amazing group to spend the day with for this PEI country wedding.

When I started driving to Ashley’s mother’s house, I was quite concerned about the rain. I said to Emily (my assistant), “It’s not evening coming straight down. No umbrella can tackle this rain. Where are we going to go?” We had the idea of starting the photos at a local greenhouse, Jewell’s Country Market. Although it sounded like the wind was going to pick up the entire greenhouse and carry us off, we were able to have all of the family formal photos taken inside. By my surprise, once the family photos were finished, it stopped raining!! We then drove to Ashley’s grandparents farm for a few outdoor photos. To finish off the portraits, we headed back to their home to snap a few of their fur babies.
